Heal Your Mind and Body with Nutritional Therapy

Kayla picture.jpg

Our bodies give us all sorts of signs of what’s working—and what’s not—every day, good and bad. Together, let’s figure out what your symptoms are telling you!

My goal is to help empower you with knowledge and helpful tools to balance your foundations and inspire you to choose nutrient-dense and adequately prepared whole foods.

In my nutritional therapy practice, I use a combination of methods to help people get back to a balanced state, so their bodies can function again, including:

  • Whole food supplements

  • Homeopathy remedies

  • Herbals

As I learn more about you during our sessions, I may suggest lifestyle changes that can improve your mood, energy, and digestive conditions. This is the benefit of a holistic approach as we’ll look at all potential ways to help your body heal and recover.
